It started as a way of communicating my feelings. It was selfish in nature. At that time, I was not capable of talking about what happened inside of me. For years, I put thoughts on paper, and kept them secret.

Since then. I’ve become more aware of my emotions, able to label them, describe them in detail. It is therapy to me now.

I share much of what I write these days. It seems more unselfish in nature… intended to help people with the words that took me so long to find.

  1. i really believe when we share our genuine thoughts it helps others in one way or the other- what to do and what not to do i mean!
